The National Kidney Foundation of Northeast New York, Inc. is one
of 27 affiliates/divisions of the National Kidney Foundation, Inc.,
a voluntary not-for-profit health organization.

The Mission of the National Kidney Foundation of Northeast New York
is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs for transplantation.

Your support for the National Kidney Foundation provides vital funding
for Kidney research, Patient and Family services and Public Health Education for the Northeast New York region.
